Our Services:

Don’t let time or distance stop you from seeking the care you need. We can schedule a video chat appointment to begin or continue your care. At home visits can also be scheduled. Here’s a list of the services that we offer.

Initial Consult

First, I listen.  Once you share your history and your current issues, I will work with you to find solutions. Next, I will give you a thorough examination to determine the root source of your symptoms. Then we will work out a personalized treatment plan to be able to control your pain. I’ll also give you the tools to prevent or minimize recurrence or re-injury, empowering you to return to your healthy lifestyle. Most patients average five visits to return to their prior level of function. Physical therapy

Conditions treated but not limited to: Spinal pain, sciatica, pinched nerve, disc herniation, arm or leg pain, tendonitis, post-operative care and chronic pain.

Telehealth / Virtual Visits

Certain conditions can be treated virtually. You can enjoy the visit from the comfort of your own home. For individuals with a compromised immune system, inability to travel, have the need for a convenient home-based appointment or have fear of a different environment, telehealth visits can be used effectively instead of clinic visits.

Mobility Evaluations

Sometimes you feel like you just aren’t moving to your full potential. There’s no pain, but stiffness may be limiting your function. If you want to stay ahead of potential injuries, I will assess your overall movement and identify potential areas of risk and teach you how to improve them.

Ergonomics And Injury Prevention

Lifting, bending, hunching over a computer — we all have daily repetitive stressors on our bodies that cause a variety of aches, pains, and eventually long-term damage.  I can help you become aware of poor posture and faulty body mechanics, so you can stand taller, sit smarter, and sleep sounder.

Animal Flow® Classes

An innovative fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground-based movement with elements from various bodyweight-training disciplines to create a fun, challenging workout emphasizing multi-planar, fluid movement. Many benefits include improved strength, mobility and coordination.

My Approach

I specialize in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) or The McKenzie Method. The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT)

Developed by world-renowned expert physiotherapist Robin McKenzie in the 1950s, MDT is a reliable assessment process used for all musculoskeletal or orthopedic conditions such as back/neck pain, pain in the arms/legs, sciatica, numbness/tingling, stiffness and tightness to determine the cause of your symptoms.

That may sound like a medical mouthful, but let me simplify it.  Focus on the word assessment. Unlike traditional physical therapy, with MDT I am able to zero in on the true source of your problem.  There are no diagnostic tests or MRI’s. It’s hands on. And once the true source of the pain is diagnosed, we will work together on a targeted approach to healing — without medication, heat, cold, ultrasound, injections, or surgery.
